Janet Lo - Co-Founder
Janet’s journey began with deep devotion to Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture, a calling she has honoured since 2008. Through years of hands-on healing, she discovered that true wellness is not only about relieving physical discomfort — it is about nurturing confidence, self-love, and inner peace.
This heartfelt understanding inspired her to evolve her path into skin care and wellness, where her philosophy naturally expanded from treating the body to caring for the whole being. Becoming a Certified Laser and Skin Care Professional marked a beautiful transformation — a fusion of ancient wisdom and modern aesthetic science.
Her work now bridges the visible and the invisible — restoring balance, enhancing beauty, and awakening confidence. Every treatment is crafted with intention, care, and compassion, reflecting her belief that healing is an experience that touches both the surface and the spirit.

Mona Chiu
Mona believes that true well-being begins with harmony between body, mind, and spirit. For her, health is not merely about outward beauty, it reflects an inner state of balance and peace.
Like many living in a fast-paced city, Mona once faced overwhelming stress while balancing family responsibilities and a demanding career in a law firm. The constant pressure pushed her to the edge of burnout, leaving her searching for a way to restore equilibrium and clarity. Her path led to the discovery of sound healing and aromatherapy, natural practices that helped her release tension, regain clarity, and reconnect with herself.
Inspired by this change, Mona pursued professional training under experienced mentors, becoming a certified Sound Bowl Practitioner and earning her NAHA Certified Aromatherapist credential.
Today, Mona offers thoughtfully designed practices that support individuals to release stress, restore inner harmony, and live in alignment with their true selves.
